A three-part experience to reset your mind, body, and energy.
Carola (Grounding Fitness) and Landy (Energy in Harmony), two local wellness practitioners, have joined forces to bring you an immersive evening of stillness and restoration. Begin with guided meditation to quiet the mind, move through a gentle yoga flow to settle into your body, and close with a deeply relaxing sound bath — letting the vibrations of amazing instruments carry you into a state of complete rest. This is your invitation to slow down, reconnect, and emerge renewed.
Step into a space designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and realign. This class blends mindfulness, movement, and vibrational healing to guide you into a state of grounded presence and deep inner calm.
Arrive, breathe, and settle into your body. This opening meditation gently quiets the mind, softens tension, and prepares your nervous system for the journey ahead.
Move through a grounding and restorative yoga sequence led by Grounding Fitness, while the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls play live in the room. The combination of movement + sound helps:
Release physical tension
Improve breath awareness
Increase flexibility and circulation
Calm the mind while energizing the body
This is a beginner-friendly, slow and intentional flow designed for all levels.
Close your practice by lying down and surrendering into a multi-layered sound immersion led by Energy in Harmony. You’ll be surrounded by the resonance of:
Frosted crystal singing bowls
Tibetan metal bowls
Bar chimes and soft percussion
Harmonic textures that guide you into a deep meditative state
This final segment invites your body to reset, your mind to quiet, and your energy to realign.
A full-body “exhale” that reduces stress, anxiety, and mental overload.
Movement paired with sound enhances focus, presence, and emotional clarity.
Vibrational frequencies help release stagnant energy and promote inner balance.
Gentle yoga prepares the body to receive the deeper healing of the soundbath.
No experience needed — just come as you are.
